Reporting a problem with the data
If a domain returns figures you believe are wrong, send us the domain, the exact request you made and the response you received. Include which source looks wrong — Moz, Majestic or Pretty — because the three are investigated differently. Licensed metrics we can query upstream; Pretty we can re-crawl.
A metric of zero is usually correct rather than missing: it means the source has no record of that domain. The field reference explains what each source can and cannot see.
