What one credit buys.
Credits are spent per request, not per field. A domain lookup returns everything we hold on that domain from all three sources for the same single credit.

Do credits expire?
No. There is no subscription and no monthly reset. Credits sit on your account until you spend them, whether that is next week or in three years.
Does one balance cover everything?
Yes. The browser tools, the desktop app, the domain metrics API and the backlinks API all draw from the same pool. There are no separate allowances to manage.
What happens when I run out?
Requests return HTTP 402 with a clear error, and the web tools disable the fetch button rather than failing quietly. Nothing renews automatically - you top up when you choose to.
Do I need my own Moz or Majestic account?
No. DomDetailer holds those licences. Not needing two subscriptions is the reason the service was built in 2015.
Is a failed lookup charged?
A request that returns data is charged. Balance checks are always free. If a lookup fails because of a fault on our side, contact support and we will credit it back.
Can I share a key across a team or a tool?
Yes. Many integrations ask each of their own users for a DomDetailer key so the cost sits with whoever runs the checks. Concurrency is supported up to 20 threads per account.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, above the largest listed pack. Get in touch with the volume you expect and what you are building.
What is not included?
DomDetailer sells data, not a rank tracker, a site auditor or a keyword tool. If you need Moz Pro or the full Majestic interface and reporting, those subscriptions do things we do not replace.
