Questions

About monitoring.

Seeing something this page is not? Let us know with the request you made and the response you got.

How often is this checked?

The scheduled monitor normally runs once a minute. This page shows the most recent service checks and their recorded history, with a warning when the monitoring data is stale.

What counts as degraded?

A service answering slowly or intermittently is degraded. A service not answering at all, or returning errors, is down. Both are distinguished from operational so you can tell a slow API from a broken one.

What does the extension coverage check test?

It validates published extension datasets through the same read-only lookup path used by the API and checks that the required account database columns are reachable without fetching customer records. Stale datasets are degraded; missing or unreachable datasets are down. These readiness checks do not authenticate customers or consume credits, and do not test a paid request or credit transaction.
